We are making progress with our big plans for the hub and hope to be able to give more of an update in September. All of our work, although voluntary incurs costs for overheads, providing groups and services. We completely rely on donations so please do sponsor or donate if you can. All donations go directly to providing services and helping with running costs. Please see the donation information at the end of this newsletter.
Please also check out our neighbourly page as we will be putting projects on this.

A Message from the M&S Express Team: Cheryl, Jakki, Shannon, Gary & Joe

'We are taking part in the Thames path challenge for Express CIC. The Thames path challenge is a 100Km endurance walk across the weekend of 12/13th September 2015, starting in Putney and ending in Henley. We are looking to complete it in under 24 hours (we hope!).

Express is a 'not for profit' community organisation supporting young people with autism and their families in Kingston-upon-Thames. All your donations are going to a great cause and are all very much appreciated by all of us! Thank you!'

We are very very grateful to Joe Hewlett who has again agreed to do this mammoth challenge and not only that but persuaded others to join him!

Please do sponsor Joe and the Express Team via

Moor Lane Family Fun Day

Please consider making a small financial donation.

We are making wonderful progress - but we need your help!

We are now running Express from new offices in Tolworth. Just across the road is the site for our planned community hub at the former Fairmead Nursery.

Support our events

The regular coffee mornings, talks and awareness days are still a top priority as these events are a lifeline for many parents and carers.

“Listening to Dean Beadle, who has Asperger's Syndrome, talk about his struggles at school,  opened my eyes to the anxiety my daughter was going through. It gave me some strategies for helping her cope with stress,' says Helen who attended World Autism Awareness Day in April.

A regular income will support express events like these and help us continue our work towards creating a community hub.

Please make a small donation of £5/month – or a one-off donation.

You can donate online at: www.localgiving.com/expresscic

Thank you for your support!
