Express CIC: An Introduction to OT and Q+A with Martha

An opportunity to meet Martha our new Occupational Therapist.

My name is Martha and I am an Occupational Therapist here at Express.

In this workshop I will introduce Occupational Therapy, how OT can support your young person, give ideas to support sensory needs and develop self-care skills at home with an opportunity for Q+A and a chance to find out more about our new OT service.

I am so passionate about supporting Autistic children to be their whole authentic selves and centring joy for all children. I am a child-led, play-based, neuro-affirming OT and my work is rooted in nervous system safety, using a regulation-first approach.
