🎓 Express CIC – Bespoke Autism & Neurodiversity Training for Schools 
Supporting inclusion, staff confidence, and pupil wellbeing
 

Who We Are 
Express CIC is a not-for-profit organisation based in Surbiton, dedicated to supporting autistic children, young people, and their families through therapeutic and inclusive services. 

What We Offer 
We now provide in-school training tailored for educators, SENCOs, and support staff. Grounded in therapeutic practice and lived experience, our sessions are particularly valuable for schools supporting pupils with EHCPs. 

1:1 and group dramatherapy within schools, helping provide a safe and confidential space for pupils to explore their emotions and engage in creative expression. 

Staff supervision, a confidential space for staff to process their own experiences working with children and challenging behaviour. 

Our Training Topics Include: 

  • Understanding neurodiversity in the classroom 

  • Using therapeutic approaches to support emotional regulation 

  • Meeting sensory needs in a school environment 

  • Supporting pupils with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and ADHD
