Express CIC: Find out more about our Creative Arts 1:1s and Groups

Meet Alycia our Therapy Lead who manages our service. Alycia will tell you more about what Creative Therapy is, how it supports well-being, expression, mental health and the benefits of group and individual therapy.

We offer small groups and 1:1s we also offer 2:1 for those not quite ready for groups but who would benefit from being with another young person. Alycia will be able to discuss the groups, 1:1 work, *costs and the current availability at Express.

Alycia is a qualified Drama Therapist and registered Therapist with the HCPC. Alycia started with Express as a newly qualified therapist and now runs our therapy service. Alycia has experience in running both group and 1:1 therapy sessions. She is also our lead therapist for CAMHs referrals.
