Come along to Express and Meet Sue Robson from RUILS: Bright Futures - SEND Transitions

Bright Futures is a service from Ruils supporting disabled young people aged 16-25 and their families with transitions: social / health / education / work.

Sue will discuss Supported Living:

This workshop will be relevant to families of young people who meet the eligibility criteria for Adult Social Care (ASC).  Many young people with an EHCP and some support needs will not be eligible for ASC and therefore this workshop will not be relevant to those young people.
