Adolescents: exploring identity, peer groups, family relationships & navigating school, family & community. Adults: psychoeducation, reflection & tools to change perspectives & provide noticeable changes in patterns & beliefs.
Schools: supporting children & their families together with staff wellbeing so that it is felt systemically around our clients.
